ContactLess Menu & Catalogue Module for UltimatePOS

It is a new way of sharing the menu & showing products in restaurant & retail shops respectively.

Hide Display of Raw Materials:

To stop displaying raw materials in the Menu follow the below steps:

1. Go to add/edit product
2. Check the “Not For Selling” Checkbox
3. Save it.

Products Not for selling will not be displayed in Menu & also not be displayed in POS/Sell screen.

Whatsapp Ordering Feature:

The Product Catalogue Module allows customers to view available products through a public link and place orders easily through Whatsapp.

Show / Hide Product Stock

This option has been added to control whether out-of -stock products should be displayed in the product catalogue.

How it Works

• When the Show button is enabled, products that are out of stock will be displayed in the catalogue link, with a “out of stock” mark.
• When the Hide button is Disabled, products that are out of stock will not be displayed in the catalogue link.

This helps businesses decide whether they want customers to see unavailable items or only show products that are currently in stock.

WhatsApp Number for Receiving Orders

An option is available to configure a WhatsApp number where order notifications will be received.

How it Works

• Enter the WhatsApp number in the Product Catalogue settings.

• When a customer places an order through the catalogue, the order details will be received through this configured WhatsApp contact.

• You will receive the orders from the customer’s WhatsApp number.
• The received order will have order id (random auto generated number), product name, product quantity, customer name, email and address that they entered during checkout process

This makes it easier for businesses to quickly receive and manage incoming orders.

Product Selection in Catalogue

Each product in the catalogue includes the following controls:

• Add (+) Button – Increase the quantity of the product

• Decrement (-) Button – Reduce the quantity of the product

• Cart Button – View the selected products before checkout

Customers can easily adjust product quantities before proceeding to checkout.

Cart and Checkout Process

After selecting the required products:

1. Click the Cart Button to review selected products.

2. Click Checkout to place the order.

3. Fill in the required customer details:

   • Name

   • Email ID

   • Phone Number

   • Address

4. Submit the order.

Once submitted, the order will be recorded and the business will receive the order details.
