Service Staff Replacement
After assigning a Service Staff to a POS sale, you can replace the assigned staff member if required by following the steps below.
Steps to Replace Service Staff

Go to the POS Screen and click the Service Staff Replacement button (represented by a user icon).

Enter the Invoice Number for which the service staff needs to be replaced.

Select the new Service Staff from the dropdown list that appears and click Save.
