Resetting data, Deleting all data or transactions

Deleting Products, Sales and Purchases Transactions

To delete individual transactions (such as products, sales, purchases, etc.), follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the relevant list page (e.g., List Products, Sales List, Purchase List, etc.).

  2. Locate the specific entry you wish to remove.

  3. Click on the Actions menu associated with that entry.

  4. Select the Delete option to remove the transaction.

⚠️ Note: Deleted transactions cannot be recovered. Please ensure you confirm the deletion before proceeding.

Resetting all data

If you want to reset all your business data for a fresh start:

  • Recommended Approach: Keep your current business as a test or dummy account and register a new business for actual use.

Registering a new business creates a clean environment with no existing data, allowing you to start afresh while retaining the old business for testing or reference.
