Often there can be small minor issue which breaks some functionality. So applying patch is a easy way to correct the issues.

When to apply patch?

Suppose you have already installed V2.16.3 and there is a new patch available after you have installed then only you need to apply it.

If you’re installing fresh, like suppose V2.16.3 then no need

Steps

1. Download the code from codecanyon
2. You will find a folder called Patch-{version} For example Patch-V2.16.3
3. Open the Patch-V2.16.3 folder, and you will find a README.txt file inside that, replace the files as mentioned in that folder.
