Refund Policy for Digital Products and Services

Overview

Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered used and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We highly recommend that you review the product details and understand its features before making a purchase.

Refunds for Services

If you have opted for a service, you may request a refund only if we have not scheduled or processed your service. Once a service has been scheduled, we reserve the allocated time for it, and therefore, it cannot be refunded.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund, and the balance will be provided in the form of a discount coupon. This coupon can be used to avail the equivalent discount on future purchases.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is reflected.
